Background
The Challenge
Mental health support in India runs into three walls at once: stigma, access, and privacy. There aren't enough therapists, help is expensive and slow to reach, and many people simply won't open up if they fear an employer, family member, or even a counsellor might see their conversations. HappyFleet wanted to build a companion that felt safe enough to talk to honestly — available any time, fluent in the languages people actually think in, and able to escalate to a real human the moment a conversation turned serious.
What We Built
Our Solution
TechPillow built HappyFleet as a privacy-first AI companion that remembers context across conversations and responds in voice or text across 11 Indian languages, including Hinglish. Around that core we built therapist-led group rooms with AI moderation for topics like exam stress and burnout, a private mood journal surfacing 60-day trends, short guided exercises for breathing and sleep, and a human-handoff path to trained crisis responders and therapists 24/7. Every conversation is end-to-end encrypted so that no employer, therapist, or family member can access it — and dedicated workflows extend the platform into school counselling and corporate wellbeing.
